Simon Bergin Solicitors & Mediators are a niche practice. The Firm was established in 1972 and initially offered all the services attributable to a high street firm.
Although, now, a compact legal practice, providing discrete professional services, it is committed to offering, in those fields, the same kind of service, expertise and professionalism you would expect from a major city practice, but with a greater degree of personal contact.
All our mediators are professionally trained and are accredited members of organisations such as The Law Society, ADR Chambers, ADR, FMA, Resolution (SFLA) and the Family Mediation Council. This ensures that they maintain the highest professional standards and each one undergoes regular supervision, continuous training and development.
We are aware that different situations require a different approach and a different mediator. We can provide mediators with a variety of experiences of dealing with disputes from the general public having family disputes to those having grievances against large public organisations, to workplace disputes involving HR professionals, accountants, lawyers, businessmen, and members of the medical profession.
The workplace services we are able to offer through the use of independent, impartial and expert mediators is growing as the benefits are being recognized nationally.
